So much for The Theory of The How, - stave width calcs, stave making methods and a way to hold things togehter for glue up.

In The Real World, having the doors overlap a little is kind of handy. Minimizes the visual gap between the doors and helps keep dust out of the cabinet. And, with all the cuts making the staves, it's not likely that the assembled parts will cover the door opening exactly. So figure on making the staves about 1/4 inch oversized to leave some fitting and adjusting room.
